Terms of Service

These terms govern access to InterviewsVector and its learning content, accounts, AI-assisted tools, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

What the service provides

InterviewsVector provides engineering interview preparation, technical learning material, practice tools, saved progress, and optional AI-assisted features. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed as the product evolves.

The content is educational and informational. It is not professional employment, recruiting, legal, financial, or security advice, and it does not guarantee an interview, offer, promotion, exam result, or any other outcome.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for information submitted through your account, for keeping authentication methods secure, and for activity you authorize. Provide accurate information and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to support@interviewsvector.com.

Most public learning content does not require an account. Some saved, personalized, administrative, or paid features can require one. Access may be limited or suspended when necessary to protect the service, other users, or third-party systems.

AI-assisted output

AI-generated questions, resume analysis, feedback, summaries, coaching, and architecture suggestions can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. Review important output and verify code, citations, security assumptions, and career decisions independently.

Do not submit secrets, private keys, passwords, payment data, confidential employer or customer information, or other data you are not authorized to process. The Privacy Policy explains how feature input may be sent to service providers.

Your submissions

You retain responsibility for text, files, answers, designs, comments, questions, and other material you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it and must not use the service to expose another person's confidential or personal data.

You grant InterviewsVector a limited, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, transform, and otherwise process a submission only as needed to operate the feature you requested, maintain the service, enforce these terms, and meet legal obligations. A separate, clearly presented agreement may apply before submitted material is published publicly.

Acceptable use

You may not use InterviewsVector to:

  • break applicable law or violate another person's rights;
  • probe, bypass, or interfere with authentication, access controls, rate limits, or service security;
  • introduce malicious code or disrupt the service or its providers;
  • automatically extract or republish substantial portions of the service in a way that substitutes for InterviewsVector;
  • misrepresent AI output as verified fact or use the service to facilitate fraud, impersonation, harassment, or abuse; or
  • access administrative or account data without authorization.

Ordinary search-engine crawling and reasonable linking to public pages are not prohibited by this section.

InterviewsVector content

The site's original text, code presentation, visual identity, interfaces, and other protected material are owned by or licensed to InterviewsVector. You may use public learning material for personal study and may link to public pages. These terms do not grant a right to sell, mirror, remove attribution from, or republish a substantial part of the service.

Third-party names, trademarks, code, quotations, and linked resources remain subject to their respective owners and licenses. The InterviewsVector Standard describes the editorial approach; it is a quality commitment, not a warranty that every page is error-free.

Payments and third-party services

If a paid feature is offered, its price and billing terms will be shown before purchase. Stripe processes payment details and may apply its own terms. Any cancellation, renewal, or refund terms presented during checkout form part of these terms for that purchase.

InterviewsVector also relies on hosting, authentication, database, analytics, advertising, email, OAuth, and AI providers. External links and third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change independently of InterviewsVector.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Interruptions, errors, data loss, or feature changes can occur. Where practical, InterviewsVector works to correct material defects, but continuous availability, compatibility, and error-free output are not guaranteed.

These terms may be updated as the product changes. The current version and review date will be posted here. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that point forward.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InterviewsVector disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

No jurisdiction, venue, arbitration process, or blanket liability cap is stated here because those terms require an identified legal entity and legal review rather than an unsupported template clause.
